John Evans helped us find the perfect home that is close enough to family and work, at the same time with quiet and family friendly neighborhood. It wasn't easy, and took many showings and a lot of John's time and preparation to get through it all. He was always professional and respectful of our family's needs and concerns. John Evans gave valuable information about owning a home and provided contacts for inspections and other necessary home improvements. John Evans went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and we will be recommending him to friends, family, strangers.

This sale was between myself and a friend who currently lives with me. John was referred to me through a friend. I felt immediately happy with the decision upon meeting John and he put my mind at ease on a great number of topics as I had never sold a home before...and my friend had never bought a home before.

John worked in the interest of both parties and ironed out every wrinkle, though there weren't many. But, he kept in contact with us as we had a difficult time working with Paramount Title. They were a nightmare. John and Deek, hounded the title company constantly to ensure the numbers were right and costs/fees were fare and commensurate with the small amount that was being financed.

John saw it all through and was present at the closing as well.
